The Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance covers all of the points of inspections in the Owner’s Manual for your model of 2020-2022 Hyundai. Every model is covered here. The inspections for maintenance include:

    When should I get my Hyundai serviced?

    Only authorized Hyundai dealerships are certified to complete Hyundai Complimentary maintenance services on your Hyundai vehicles.

    What is included in the Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance program?

    The free car maintenance provided by Hyundai includes an oil change and new oil filter, as well as a tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Please note other services including new air filters are not complimentary.

    Once I am enrolled, how do I cancel Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance?

    After you are enrolled you may not cancel the service provided in this free program for new model Hyundai owners. In addition, if you choose to take your vehicle to another shop for maintenance, you may not request a refund for your HCM.     TERMS OF PROGRAM*
    • Complimentary beginning on all new MY2020 Hyundai vehicles sold on or after 2/1/2020.
    • Available on all Hyundai models.
    • Covers Normal usage schedule intervals only. See the Owner’s Manual for each vehicle model for full details.
    • 3 years / 36,000 miles of coverage, whichever comes first.
    • Each service must be obtained within 1,000 miles of its designated mileage or within one month of the designated time listed in the vehicle Owner’s Manual. The customer’s failure to redeem services prior to the expiration of the designated term or mileage will not void any future services.
    • Commercial and fleet vehicles are excluded, but vehicles for business use (e.g. realtor or outside sales) are allowed.
    • Non-transferable: available to original owner/first retail customer only.
    • Only covers basic services (oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection) listed in the vehicle Owner’s Manual at the time specified.
    • Does not cover services or repairs listed as ‘Inspect’ found in the Owner’s Manual, even when revealed by inspections that the items need to be replaced.
    • All HCM claims will be processed through a claims web portal. Please see the claims process users guide for more details.
    • Dealers are to use Hyundai OEM Filters and Quaker State Oil purchased from the Hyundai Lubricants Program as recommended in the vehicle Owner’s Manual.
    • Some terms vary by state. Rates and reimbursements disclosed are subject to change without notice. Hyundai Motor America reserves the right to amend, alter, or cancel this program, including its terms, at any time.
