This service writers are fast, effective, & kind. They said it would be about an hour & sure enough they were right. This is the second recall I had fixed here w/no hassle what so ever! They have a great reputation in the area, bc I met a couple that traveled 200 miles to have their car serviced here! It's the 3rd Hyundai & they wouldn't go Anywhere else is what they said. Decided on a new vehicle, so I dropped in to see what was on the lot. After stopping in Lebanon & not being approached by anyone, I went to Cookeville. A salesman greeted me, asked me a few questions then took me directly to a vehicle. I left after asking a few questions & no followup contact was made that day, allowing me ample time to think & discuss this with my hubby. Once we returned to the lot the next day, we were able to test drive & complete our purchase in under 4 hours. Alec has extensive knowledge about these vehicles, being able to answer any question verbally and physically showing you. Extended warranties were offered in the Finance office, but no heavy handed pressure occurred. Our car was clean & full of gas upon delivery.
